Company Updates

– 03/08/2022 – S399 / Araluen Update:

The Council have informed us that we are now allowed to complete the bus run as normal.

– 07/02/2022 – Marshall’s Bus and Coach will post notification of COVID cases on any of our services on our Facebook page informing customers of the date and run affected.
For the safety of drivers and passengers, we request parents notify Marshall’s of any passenger who tests positive for COVID on 02 4474 4991. No personal information will be shared publicly.

Please note there are currently no mandatory reporting or isolation requirements associated with COVID contact on School Bus Services. Marshall’s continues to maintain daily cleaning and hygiene practices in accordance with our COVID-19 plan. The NSW Government recommends following current government advice to understand your risk and what to do if exposed to COVID. Current advice can be found at:

– 01/02/2022 – Due to the ongoing closure of Congo Road North of the township, S393 Congo and S400 Congo-Broulee will be turning around at Hicken Street and meeting students from between Hicken Street and the closure at the Bus Shelter. All students who live past the turnaround point need to meet the buses at the Bus Shelter.

Students who live on the north side of the Congo Road closure will be picked up by S409 Town South. Those going to Schools in Moruya will be taken directly, whilst students who go to Broulee Schools will interchange at the Bus Shelter on Maunsell Street, Moruya, with their usual S400 Congo-Broulee service to get to Broulee. If you have any questions, please contact the office.

– 13/02/2021 –  S402 (Nerrigundah) council and Transport for NSW have approved our route alteration traveling over Cadgee Mountain Road. This will be in place until road and bridges are repaired.

Covid-19 Updates

All school buses are running as normal.

In line with the company’s responsibilities under Workplace Health and Safety Laws to ensure a safe workplace for all employees, Marshall’s Bus & Coach Company Pty Ltd has established guidelines as a precaution regarding entry to buses and its depot/office.

All customers and visitors, should NOT enter buses or the depot/office if you have:

  • Been diagnosed with Coronavirus.
  • Symptoms of the common cold which may include cough, sore throat, low-grade fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, and sneezing.

Current NSW Government restrictions state that passengers must wear a face mask when using public transport. Children 12 years and under are exempt but are encouraged to wear masks where practicable.

Your bus driver will not force any student holding a bus pass to wear a mask. However, payees over the age of 12, particularly adults, may be refused travel if they are not wearing a facemask.
